Ethiopia, Gelcha Kindu Amber, Yirhacheffe, 200g

295,00 kr

Gelcha Kindu Amber comes from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, the anaerobic process bring out its naturally expressive character. The cup is fruity and juicy — ripe plum and blueberry up front, with a smooth chocolate finish. Rich and elegant, with a clarity that makes it easy to keep coming back to.

Kindu Amber is a direct trade from our coffee-friend, former World Barista Champion Sasa Sestic and Project origin. «Amber» refers to advanced, tightly controlled processing profiles. These methods use sealed-tank fermentations and insert gas flushes to create distinct fruit-forward and clean flavor profiles.

This is an exceptional coffee — the kind that finds its way to coffee competitions. Yes, it sits at a slightly higher price point, but the experience in the cup more than justifies it. We've chosen to pack it in 200g so that more people get the chance to discover just how extraordinary it is.
