Supreme Roastworks is Oslo's premier café and roastery, where exceptional coffee meets craftsmanship.

Since 2008, we've been roasting specialty beans for the city's finest establishments. Our Grünerløkka location on Thorvald Meyers gate 18 combines a welcoming coffee shop with a working roastery, where you can enjoy expertly prepared espresso or pour-over while watching the roasting process unfold.

Whether you're stopping by for a quick morning espresso or settling in for an afternoon pour-over and pastry, you'll experience our philosophy: no fuss, just great coffee.

Co-owner Odd-Steinar won the Norwegian National Brewers Cup Championships 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. He competed and reached three consecutive WBrC finals 2014, 2015 and 2016.

At the World Championships WBrC in Gothenburg 2015, Odd-Steinar won the World Brewers Cup using Semeon Abay Maker Series, an Ethiopian natural processed coffee from Ninety Plus Coffee. Roasted by Magnus Lindskog, Supreme Roastworks.

Odd-Steinar is the sole Norwegian World Champion participating in the World Brewers Cup.
